Principais atividades
- Assist the Client Success team in preparing commercial proposals and presentations for customized projects.
- Act as a key player in fostering strategic partnerships with internal teams.
- Support the Client Success team in managing tasks related to closed projects.
- Responsibilities with tasks include:
- Track overall project timelines, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and the scope contracted by the client or TikTok are met.
- Coordinate the department’s financial and administrative processes, including budget control, invoices, payment deadlines, etc.
- Oversee internal or third-party resources throughout the process to ensure excellent execution.
- Provide general support in Client Success operations to establish more effective processes.
- Actively participate in client meetings for gathering briefings, preparing meeting minutes, identifying opportunities, and supporting leadership.
- Organize and manage folders, files, and documentation related to the department, clients, and projects.
Requisitos
- Currently pursuing a degree in Communication, Advertising.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency with Office and G-Suite tools.
- Candidates must be able to commit to the following start date: January 6 2025.
